CASCORE Client Assessment of Session - Client Outcomes Rating Estimation
The CASCORE was developed by Dr Durham as a means of soliciting feedback about the quality of the therapy experience. The "quality" is the combination of two subscales, the assessment of the relationship in the current session and the rating of whether improvement is occurring or not. This brief questionnaire is completed at each session and tracked over time. You may review the CASCORE in the pdf attachment.
